About US

After completing my undergraduate education in the Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Middle East Technical University, I pursued my first master’s degree in 2006 in the Secondary Education Teaching Program at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Ankara University. I worked as a chemistry teacher, IB (International Baccalaureate) chemistry teacher, and CAS Coordinator at various educational institutions. During this time, I completed my second master’s degree in 2018 in the Department of Educational Administration, Policies, and Supervision at the Graduate School of Educational Sciences, Ankara University. For my thesis research, I developed a scale titled “Teachers’ Coaching Behaviors.”

In 2017, I completed a PhD in Business Administration at York University (USA). I also completed training programs in "Specific Learning Disabilities" and Life, Student, and Parent Coaching accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC). I hold the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am an active member of ICF, AC, and EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Additionally, I am an ICF-accredited NLP trainer and trainer of trainers. I have completed mindfulness training and continue to participate in and deliver training sessions and events both domestically and internationally in this field.

In 2023, I earned the title of “Doctor” upon completing a PhD program in the Department of Educational Administration and Policies at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Ankara University. As part of my doctoral research, I developed the "Self-Regulation Skills Scale for School Administrators." I continue to provide training and seminars to managers, employees, teachers, students, and parents in my professional capacity as a trainer, while also participating in volunteer work and projects with various non-governmental organizations. Most recently, I worked as a senior executive responsible for educational management, supervision, and coordination at one of Turkey’s leading chain schools.

I am the author of the book "Self-Regulation Skills for Educators" and contributed a chapter titled "School Administrators' Views on Their Professional Development Experiences" in the book "Focus on Student Learning." Currently, I am a lecturer at the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Istanbul Gelisim University, where I actively contribute to my academic journey by participating as a speaker and researcher in national and international conferences and projects.

My areas of expertise include organizational development, leadership skills, organizational commitment, organizational image, multicultural leadership, organizational supervision, decision-making, and crisis management. Additionally, I believe I have enhanced my competencies in coaching and decision-making skills, which I studied during my master's and doctoral processes, by contributing to the literature with the development of the "Teachers’ Coaching Skills" and "School Administrators’ Self-Regulation Skills" scales.
